Ask the King: Does the Excelsior Scholarship equal free tuition?

This is Steve Dwyer just giving an update on the Excelsior program from New York State. It does offer free tuition for a SUNY or CUNY.

However, the student is still responsible for fees and room and board, which still can be up to $20,000 that a student would still have to pay for.
